Our words are missiles.
They are “capable of being thrown or projected to strike distant objects.”
They are definitely weapons which are supposed to strike things at a distance. Missile comes from the Latin “to throw, send.” Today I send these words into the atmosphere. I ask for your corporate agreement out loud as you read the rest of this email.
“Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is Yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and You are exalted as head above all.”‘ I Chron 29:11
“Who is like You among the gods, O Lord? Who is like You, majestic in holiness, awesome in praises, working wonders?” Ex 15:11
“We pray for the peace of Jerusalem (Ps 122:6) and ask You, Lord, to secure her borders (Ex 23:31). Protect Jerusalem from being divided (Joel 3:2) We pray for Israel’s leaders to lead well so Israel can live in peace and many will come to salvation. (I Tim 2:1-4)
“Lord, bring all of our nation’s leaders to salvation – that they may know You and be filled with righteous and wise motives for every decision.
